A lot of wisdom in an easy to read format.For me I found this book very simple and just not worth the read. It's a good primer, but the language (binary at the best of times, often just entirely male- centred) is sorely out of date and means it, much like most program literature, badly needs an update.A simplistic, possibly too much so, quick & easy read on living sober. Not sure if I have done ok but please email if I haven’t. Living Sober is filled with practical advice on how to stay away from the first drink and lead a happy and productive life in sobriety. Living sober will leave you with extra money that you otherwise spent on fuelling your alcohol or drug addiction. I feel it may lack in some ways because years have passed since it has seen a revision. It had very general info that could be taken from just common sense. I remember feeling so goddamn broken on the inside and my head would not shut up.
